I was contacted by the Executive Administrator of Milanovic Neale and Hammond & Neale to assist with new website copy. Both companies needed new websites that better reflected their services and expertise.

It was decided that the most economical choice would be a VIP Week. Keyword research for both companies was enlightening, and we were able to collaboratively make decisions about the structure and content of the sites based on that information.

By scheduling the briefing calls and feedback time into the Directors’ diaries, the Executive Administrator was able to tick off something that had been on their to-do lists for a very long time. The copy is now with web developers who are working on the design of the new websites.

Frequently asked questions

What if I'm not sure which VIP Package to book?

A discovery call is great for that purpose. We can chat through what you need and I can give you my best estimate.

How much lead time do you need?

This all depends on my schedule at any given time. I highly encourage you to book in as soon as possible. This allows for briefing to take place before the VIP period and avoids delays. I only take on a certain amount of VIP projects per month.

What if work gets in the way and I'm not available during the VIP writing day?

That’s okay – in most cases that won’t hold up the project. However, if you’ve booked a VIP Hour that relies on collaboration, you’ll need to pay a rescheduling fee. This will be outlined in Terms and Conditions before the day.

Do you also offer design services/input copy onto our website?

I don’t personally offer design services and I don’t input information onto your website. That sort of thing is not in my zone of genius and I don’t want to wreck anything. However, I work closely with graphic designers and web developers so please let me know if you need such a service added as I’d love to introduce you to my team and have them collaborate with us.
